The Gift of Travel
We live in a world where we are free to move all over the world. This has not always been the case. The cost of going somewhere Other-Planet exotic can be prohibitive, but you are not limited by lack of available places to go, things to see or ways to get there. Your modes of travel have never been more plentiful. Truth is, your biggest obstacle to travel is your own fears and excuses. In August 2017, I took my wife to the Florida Keys for our 30th Anniversary. The Big Fun for me was that it was a secret gift. My wife had no idea of our destination until we checked in at the airport. Keeping it a secret was hard because I had to do the planning and research by myself, arrange for her to have the time off with her boss, plan our itinerary, packing and finding good deals.
